Lavender French

Every house and handbag should contain a bottle of this oil, it is easier to say what it cannot be used for than what it can. Any skin problem, give lavender a go. I use it for cuts and grazes, spots, burns, eczema, psoriasis and any itchiness (breaks the itch-scratch cycle). It will help get rid of nits and lice, ease any sunburn and act as a insect repellent. Neat, it helps tennis elbow if applied to the affected area. Lavender is also known as a balancer. If you have high blood pressure, it will help bring it down but low blood pressure can be brought back up - very useful. Great to inhale and apply to pulse points if you get a headache or migraine, and add to the pillow to encourage sleep. All in all, a very useful oil to have around - never leave home without it!!
