Mystique Moments
Carrier oils are the means by which essential oils are introduced to the body via the skin. However, there are more carrier oils available than just grape seed (my least favourite) and sweet almond oil. Some carrier oils are so good that they can work all by themselves for some problems without the addition of essential oils so thought I had better introduce the ones I carry in stock. What I don’t carry is Grapeseed oil as this is the one I absolutely detest. Grapeseed may be mild oil tolerated well by all skin types but it has no additional qualities at all and so should be used with additions in. It can also stain your sheets etc hence why I don’t use it. Here are the ones I carry and all carrier oils are cold pressed to preserve their precious contents:
Apricot Kernel oil
This tends to be the oil I use for most massage situations and as a base for my blends.
